Hi, I’m Alex Madl, CEO and Co-Founder of Seismic Staffing – it is great to meet you! You are likely wondering – what makes Seismic Staffing different than other BPO and VA firms? Let me give you a little back story on who we are, and how we came to be.

In 2017, I launched my first company focusing on real estate investing and property acquisition. For the first two years, I did EVERYTHING on my own, list building, data pulling, reporting, tracking, cold calling, SMS, contracts, finances, marketing, website, you name it, it was on my plate. And let me tell you, even if there were 30 hours in the day, it still wouldn’t have been enough. I knew that if we were going to scale, I was going to need help getting my time back – and as cost effectively as possible.

I searched everywhere for a REALLY good virtual assistant, turning to Upwork and several other well-known freelance contractor services – only to be hit with flaky agents that were not focusing 100% of their time on our business and needs. After that failed, over the next 2 years, I bounced around to about half a dozen formal VA agencies and it seemed like I was just spinning the wheels. I did not have the time to vet candidates, and it seemed like every agency had a higher turnover rate than the last – we just couldn’t get it off the ground.

At one point, I realized if I wanted it done right, I was just going to have to double down my time and do it myself. The great news was, in my trials, I met some amazing people – many of which are now employed by our company today – two of which are co-founders of our company Seismic Design and Seismic Staffing. After finally getting two amazing VAs trained and implemented into our real estate company, we shifted focus and both Seismic Design and Seismic Staffing were born. Both of our co-founders Bernard and Con have lengthy tenure in the VA and BPO space, having managed teams of hundreds of VAs at a time, for some of the largest corporations in the world. Their combined experience is one of Seismic’s competitive advantages, allowing us to attract the best talent, from the top companies eager to join our ever-growing team.
